Meet Amanda Loven:

I know it’s not always easy to reach out for help, and I want to acknowledge the courage it took for you to take this first step. Sharing your thoughts and experiences with someone new is no small thing, but I’m here to meet you right where you are.

I am Amanda Loven, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began my journey as a therapist approximately 8 years ago and have enjoyed learning each time I step into the therapy room. Each person or couple has their own recipe, and I want to help you figure out your ingredients to meet your needs.

My goal is that everyone feels invited to show up as their authentic self, as therapy should always feel like an opportunity to unmask what we often cover up. Each person should be met with kindness, compassion and a plan for movement. I love to notice the nuanced details of each individual, as I believe those are where some of the most remarkable changes can be created.

I obtained my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy in 2018, but the most valuable experience has happened in sitting with clients and being a part of the transformation process. I work daily to create an environment where I bring authenticity to the therapy session so that you can be more comfortable building the trust needed to open up.
